Return and Refund Policy
At Flawcy Complexions LLC, we carefully prepare and inspect every order. Because our skincare, body-care, hair-care, and lip-care products are personal-use items, returns are limited for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
14-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Any protective seal or tamper-evident packaging must remain intact.

You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

The return must be approved before it is shipped back to us.
Approved returns will receive store credit only in the form of a digital Flawcy Complexions gift card. Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method for standard returns.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
To request a return, email flawcycomplexions@flawcy.com within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened, used, tested, swatched, or altered products

Products with broken or removed seals

Opened lip-care or other personal-use products

Clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items

Gift cards

Free gifts, samples, promotional items, or giveaway products

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
These restrictions do not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect, email flawcycomplexions@flawcy.com within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage, when applicable
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, as appropriate. Flawcy Complexions will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when we send an incorrect item or approve a return because an item arrived damaged or defective.
Normal differences in color, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur with handcrafted, small-batch products and are not necessarily considered defects.
Free Return Shipping
Flawcy Complexions provides free return shipping for approved returns made within the 14-day return period.
After your return request is approved, we will provide return-shipping instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Please retain your return receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.
Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Store Credit
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, a digital Flawcy Complexions gift card will generally be issued within 5–10 business days.
Store credit does not expire except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used to purchase another gift card.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment.
Subscription and pre-order cancellations are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
