Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be prepared for shipment. During peak periods and holidays, we ask that you allow 5-10 business days.

This timeframe covers the preparation of your product for shipping and does not account for the shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email; kindly allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. (Typically, USPS transit times are 2-3 days.)

If your order is time-sensitive, please inform us so we can explore alternative shipping options.

Damages: Please be aware that Flawcy Complexions cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
