Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some eligible products from Flawcy Complexions LLC may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how these purchases can be changed or canceled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency displayed and selected before checkout.
Your payment information will be stored securely, and your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order until the subscription is canceled. Subscription pricing, discounts, delivery frequency, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.
You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription before the next scheduled billing date. Use the subscription-management link in your order confirmation or subscription emails. You may also request assistance by emailing flawcycomplexions@flawcy.com.
If a recurring order has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future renewals and will not automatically cancel or refund the processed order. See our Return and Refund Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible returned products.
There is no minimum subscription commitment unless a different term is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is currently available for shipment. The estimated availability or shipping period will be displayed on the applicable product page whenever possible. Estimated dates may change because of production, inventory, carrier, or other circumstances.
Depending on the offer, we may collect the full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. If only a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged according to the terms displayed before purchase.
You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has entered processing or fulfillment by emailing flawcycomplexions@flawcy.com. Once a pre-order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Eligibility for a return or refund will then be governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
If we cancel a pre-order because the product becomes unavailable, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for that item.
Changes to Purchase Options
We may modify subscription or pre-order pricing and terms when permitted by law. Customers will receive notice of material changes before those changes take effect. We may cancel a purchase option if a product is discontinued or unavailable, or if payment cannot be processed.
